I really don't like the massage that involves getting shocks; it feels like being hit by a sledgehammer. long press to use. You have to stay plugged in, not very practical.
The maximum heat setting is not very hot.

I wanted to buy a pillow that warms the neck at a Korean traditional medicine clinic, so I looked for it and bought it because it was cheap. It's very good value for money. The red light is too hot, but the medium level is just lukewarm and nice. It's a shame that it can't be washed.
It does not hold charge, have to use it while plugged and cord not long.
